street, home). Cut pictures out from the magazine to

onto one leg of the puppet and now your puppet-friend is
ready for pretend play, story-time in the puppet theatre or
as a decoration for your muffins!

Cut arms for the octopus.

Make suction cups on the arms using a marker or cut circles

Staple the arms onto the bowl.

Paint both paper plates blue.

Cut one paper plate into half.

Place one half with the painted side facing upwards on the
unpainted side of the full paper plate. Staple them. Do the
same for the other half too.

Now glue the pom-poms onto the cut-half painted face as
eyes.

Cookie monster is ready. Slide your hand inside the pockets
made by stapling the painted halves.

Cut 2 holes for eyes.

Take brown and yellow paper strips (approx. 4inches wide
and 6inches in length.). Make slits along the strips for the
lion’s mane.

Staple the strips along the edges.
- On
the lower end, staple a craft-stick for holding the mask in
place.

Roar time starts. Beware, the lion is on the prowl!

glossy paper.

Glue the paper on a thick sheet of paper for extra support
