On saturday we decided to go to the zoo because it was a cloudy day and I wanted to go to the zoo.

First I saw Turtles with my brother, mom and dad. The turtles were swimming and having fun.

Next I saw the Zebras. They were standing and eating. They were dirty on their backs - maybe because they rolled in the mud.

I saw lots of Flamingos. One Flamingo was standing alone. The Flamingos had tags on their legs so that the doctor can check them and see how they are growing. Just like MY doctor's record.

I saw Spider monkeys. They were small. They were playing on the trees. A baby monkey was playing with papa monkey. They were funny. The monkeys were not in a cage. We had to stand quietly and watch the monkeys and not give them food.

I liked the Recycled garbage bins because they had  colourful colours painted.

I saw four Orangutans. There was one baby and three were grown-ups - one grandma and two were mama and papa.

We first saw the elephants and then ate ice-cream.

We ate lunch.

We played and played and played at the playhouse.

We sat on the carousal and said thank-you to the ride lady when the ride finished.

And then we went home. It was fun!

I wish there were sharks at the zoo.
